Contest Brief

I am a children's author and have completed a 9000 word chapter book for ages 7-11. I need illustrations which will depict characters/emotion and background. Character/style consistency will be important on this and future projects, as this is the first book in a series. This will be a print book and an ebook. Illustrations will be black/white/gray in various sizes for a 5.25 X 8 (trim size) book. One illustration will be full color and used for cover. I am looking for a style similar to that of the Eerie Elementary Children's Book Series by Jack Chabert. I would like to see portfolio examples similar to what is requested here. I am hoping to find someone who can accept specific ideas for picture content and willing to do necessary revisions. Thank you for your consideration.
