  Both this and your previous entry ( #14 and #15 ) is closing in on what we like and are thinking.
  This one feels a little too strict, while #14 feels a little too much different style. If you could try to find a way somewhere in between these two entries.
  
  We like when the end of the images is teared/shredded, especially in the style on #14 .
  
  As i wrote as a comment on #14 , we also would like to see some examples of other work you've done. Links to working websites.

     Thank you for your feedback..Please let me know that what you like..corporate or some dfferent style? the I will merge this two design. And yes I have so many functional sites..but as i said that I cant share it publicaly..if you can come on chat I will share it with you.
