Contest Brief

I need a logo for a condominium complex that I am building a web site for.

My client doesn't have a logo (yet) and I need something to use in my web site mockups.

The logo may eventually be adopted by my client for their property but for now I just need something good to help improve the look of what I am doing for them on web.

I don't have a lot of input to provide. The building doesn't exist yet. I can tell you that it is located in an affluent part of town and will be expensive.
