Agree with Yony Y. Your file has no text. It is all converted to curves. What you can do is add new text and delete the existing one

My sincere advice to you is to use another program, Inkscape, it is completely free. Open the .ai file with Inkscape and you will see how easy is to type, change size and anything you want to do. Just select the word, delete and write, resize the word, etc. It is very, very easy.

for the file you have attached, there is no text layer on the layers tab, so that means the text is unchangeble, they are vector based, you can delete it and you can use the text tool to create a new text that you want
