Header Section Mis-alignment

On selection of different entries, Header section/Logo section gets misaligned. There are multiple Links that aren't functional yet as no Href entry is available in DOM. Apart from functional testing, I can provide the automation test cases for the website with properly stored results, error logs,exceptions encountered in a framework which would be highly scalable.
