Advance Directives in Dr. Seuss style

Contest Brief
I am currently the CEO of a Hospice and Palliative Care organization in Massachusetts. Last year I wrote my advance directives out in Dr. Seuss poetic form and performed it in front of a live audience of about 300 people (health care professionals and others) in the Boston area. It received a very positive response. In April of this year I performed it on a FB show hosted by ZDOGG MD and it received over a million views and a very positive response there from health care professionals with many of them asking that it be illustrated in book form. While it may be a niche market, I believe there is a market for a somewhat humorous educational piece on a very serious topic.
I am looking for an illustrator in order to put this into a book format. The illustrations should be somewhat reminiscent of Dr. Seuss drawings but not so close to as to create any copyright infringement issues. The characters should be somewhat human looking but with enough distance from realism to mitigate the threatening nature of the content. Here is a link to the FB performance https://www.facebook.com/ZDoggMD/videos/10156172167887095/UzpfSTE2MDMxMDczOTQ6MTAyMTQwNzQwODMwNzg0NDM/
I would like to have the entire work illustrated but would like to start with one page to get a sense of the illustrators take. That page will include the following text:
But that's not how it is, nor how it may be
When someday you stand looking down sadly at me
When something has happened we'd all prefer not
When I'm mauled by a bear or a nasty blood clot
Has wedged its way into my heart or my brain
And my pulse and my breathing I cannot maintain
Without all the people, machines and the meds
In this room with us now with the Clinitron beds
I want to clarify something -- the $210 is just to illustrate the one page above. My thought is that once I have found the right illustrator we can negotiate regarding the rest of the work.
