Hi Contest Holder. Would you simply like the excel document to be neatened up or are you looking for the information to be nicely laid out in a design programme and saved as a pdf?

  Adding to the above, maybe rather an interactive PDF? Thus the layout will be done in a design programme, but the text fields will be fillable in an interactive PDF.
