Thanks for your compliment :) I will describe what I am looking for. I am looking for a life more outside. Preferably I would like to live on a house at the beach. I am looking for that free and spacious feeling.
So the connection with the garden and the roof terrace is a factor.
About skylight(s).. yes I thing that is a good idea. About the stairs, the current H steal beam covered in wood, is above the windows. The hight of the beam is 2,30m.- 2 years ago

Hi again, nice to meet you. You are very handsome :) thank you for your invitation. I got your helpful comment. I saw the you tube video today and found out there is stair inside. I have a question what are you exactly looking for? It can help me to present what exactly you want. there is Just one way to extension of house and provide terrace in terms of architectural form and so all entries should be do the same work. Maybe just in details can see different, for example I create a skylight in terrace floor to bring more light inside. I change the model based on your comments and send them again.The interior design is important for you or anything else that I can focus on it to make it better exact what you want? Hello Aida, thank you for a very interesting concept. I like the way you use a lot of glass. About improvements. The stairs are nice, though I prefer to have the stairs inside the extension. Due to privacy and building regulations. Then we can remove the large wall. Doing that will give us a better view from inside towards the lake too. Also i got in mind to connect the daily living inside with the outside. Nice stairs invite you to go up and enjoy the view. The thick vertical wall outside can be slightly less wide. We are allowed to have a 40cm roof overhang. It is not nescessary but nice due to keep the doors dry and improve the roof surface.
