EDIT: A slight modification request. Can you adjust 4 flats having 2BHK each on each floor? Previously I had asked for 3 flats having 2BHK but I got to know that 4 flats can also be adjusted.

What is the angle between the sides of the site?

  Not sure as of now. Please assume some 110-130 degree. Just make a generic design. Once confirmed, the design can be modified slightly.

No. of Floors, bedrooms, washrooms, kitchens, office rooms, utility area, study area etc. need to be clarified before doing a floor plan. And mention the north also to arrange the door windows efficiently. Finally #increaseprize please

  2 Bedroom, 1 Hall, 1 Kitchen, 1 Bathroom for 1 flat. 3 flats should be there. In ground floor there should be space for bike parking for around 5 bikes. The same parking is not required for top floors.
