Hello. I designed your house and took into account all the wishes, there are no windows to the north, all windows are oriented to the southeast, there is a winter garden on the first level. Total area with walls: upper level - 163 m2, lower level -164 m2. There are exits to the street from the laundry rooms. On the sides of the house there is a staircase to the courtyard, under the stairs it is possible to make a technical or household room for gardening and cleaning equipment. The roof is pitched at an angle of 8 degrees, the height from the ground at the bottom point is 6 m, at the top - 7.5 m.
