Artistic Emoji Project - Arrange And Draw Line Art With Emoji For Instagram Box

Contest Brief

We have a drink and dessert shop that sells shaved ice (we call them mountains), and drinks. We have a freezer that is in public view that we want to wrap the front of it with some bright color emoji art.

The main reason why we are covering this freezer with art work, is so that customers can stand in front of it, and take a photo of themselves to post on instagram. The customers will stand in front (middle) of the freezer and the design should be really colorful and hip, and they can post that they are at our store.

We have included an image of our source of inspiration of the design. Design should have same feeling, with bright solid colors, thought bubbles, and talking arrows of different colors with some of the emojis that we have included. You can include other emojis as well if you think they work with our concept.

We have included an illustrator file with the freezer design. Please use this.

Few guidelines:
1) Please put your designs on top of the freezer template file included: "TEMPLATE-freezer-blue.ai" (also included a .pdf version if you don't have Illustrator)
2) There are grills on the top and bottom of the freezer. So use that space wisely and resourcefully. The middle 2 doors should be the main design, but usage of the top and bottom grill areas of freezer would be even better.
3) Please use solid bright colors, but tasteful. Be CREATIVE.
4) Don't use real images, everything should look more like emoji or line art
5) Leave the center bottom to middle top empty so person can stand there.
6) But above the person, please put some design above the person to tie the 2 doors together
7) The freezer has a grill on the bottom and top. You can design something over that as well, but the main emoji scene should be on the middle 2 doors.
8) I will need the artwork in VECTOR format. Will need the illustrator original AI file (or other editable vector file). No Raster images. We will be printing this onto an approximate huge 6'x5' freezer, so all lines need to be CLEAN
9)Please don't use all the emojis. The design needs to look clean and not too cluttered. We have included the "Picked Emojis-v2.0.zip" file. There are 2 directories:
==> "USE THESE" directory, Make sure to use all the emojis in here
==> "Extra Emojis To Choose From" directory you can pick other emojis from here
====> You can pick other emojis you think work for our store.
- please add one large thought bubble where customers can write a thought with a dry erase marker
- pick some other emojis as you see fit as an artist

GOOD LUCK! It can look heavily inspired by emoji-wall-art.jpg, but even better if it is NOT an EXACT copy. Use that emoji-wall art image for inspiration!

    There has been some confusion regarding the dimensions of the 2 doors / design. Here are the correct dimensions of the design (2 DOORS, NOT including top and bottom grill):
    2 doors height: 54-6/16"
    2 doors width: 53-10/16"
    side overlaps on left and right side strip (can be used for emoji overlap)=1-5/16" each side

    Also, for your designs, add a 1-5/16" strip to the left and right side of the door. You can use that to wrap the design to the sides of the freezer. Emojis/images can wrap within that 1-5/16" strip.

    We have some really good submissions! Go ahead and put some more bubble tea / smoothie drink images/emojis in your designs as we are a drink and dessert shop. Want to put more of our type of drinks on there. Drinks can be different colors. But they should have some bubbles / balls/ fruits or other things in them.
