Contest Brief

Im looking for talented artist to design my part 3 book cover to my desires. Just the front no text added. The use of colors is unrestricted, as I will apply very specific filters to add the same effect as on the original previous two. Please check the other contests I run right now, as the part 1 and part 2 is being redesigned as well (only expansion) and contains the original designs art work. I will not post it here again, you can check it there. The cover for the part 3 (this one) that is about to be released in September this year, need to be as close as possible in the art design. Now for what I do imagine it to be like.

Description:
It will shown a person that is in very specific kneeling shooting position while holding and G36 assault rifle (no attachments though). He would be hidden behind a support column inside a car park with a car also parked next to him. His G36 is not ready to shoot yet and is just resting (aiming into the floor) while Tomas (the main character and person on the cover) is looking slightly to his sight expecting a convoy of Escalades (Cadillac) to pass next to him. He is wearing very specific full body suit armor (covering his whole body like Will Smiths Deadeye DC character in the suicide squad, but not exactly the same, have fun with it) with obvious pad protection embedded into it around his joints. Also, at the front on his chest there must be pockets that have P30Ls stored in them (two, each pec has one), i will include sketch of that. His face mask is very specific though and unlike that of deadeye. Im implementing several pictures of the mask i have in mind with slight adjustments done to it. First, the eye slits must be smaller a bit and the whole front of the mask below his nose must have breathing tiny holes all around it. Im also including a sketch of the whole composition in mind. Its very basic, that is why i need artist.

Additional details: Please note that i only need the artwork, no text or anything added. I also need it to be in the scale for book front cover so if you need to change the composition then do it, main focus and size should be on the main character (Tomas). Im open minded when it comes to anything else in there. The car park should have several cars parked in it (if it can fit into a scale) and the support columns should be present in the background as well where applicable (if fit into the scale).

  Hi I write the response to the colors here. I dont restrict the colors, because afterwards I just use my own predefined filters to make it red anyway. So in essence yes it would end up reddish anyway. I want is as a theme of the book covers, to make it easily recognizable, and also stand out more. You could always make a black and while sketch, then apply red filter to it and it would be good to go, or you could use many colors with the dominance of red, and i will like it anyway, maybe not even applying my filters afterwards.

  Hi Parkash, Sorry that Im writing response to the cover in here, cant reply directly to it otherwise. It just has to be front cover size (its book cover) Only the front as I always do very specific and the same back of the book (design wise). Colors as mention in description are unrestricted, but I do preffer the reddish look and even if your own work that I may award as a winner doesnt have that color tone, I probably end up using specific red filter that i used previously. I really judge the quality of the art work (how accurate its to my needs) the details, originality (not copy pasted content, but created) and how well its flows. It also has to be accurate to the content of the book, but that are tiny details that can be easily adjusted afterwards. hope this helps and thank you for taking part
