Hi, I've just re-uploaded my entry after polishing it more. Be sure to check the added documentation that exposes the interaction with the server. If you have any doubt let me know. Thanks.

Sorry, I asked yesterday because I've just recently seen the contest. I won't be participating anymore though, got stuck on optimizing standby CPU usage. lol
(and I've been using python for both client and server, but client wants .NET)

Can you please explain this point "Accept a command from the internet to query and return a list of currently installed printers that can be found (detected) by local PC" ? Does it mean a separate interface from where this command can be sent from anywhere ? Does "detected by local pc" mean to show only the CloudPrint instances connected on same network as the querying pc?

Hi, just found out about this contest today. Is it still open? If yes, can you please #extend it? I have an existing VB.NET code for printing, I'll just need to set up one of my servers (VPS) for an API interface (python / flask API) so I can make the program communicate online. Then test it.

Also, is it only going to print image files? PDF can be safely included too, just in case.

Hi, do we have to develop the cloud/AWS service program as well?

Either you list the server requirements for the AWS service or do this AND develop it yourself (and we'd pay you extra for that part of it).

Hi, I can make it so your server can communicate with client's app via a REST API, and the client's app can communicate back to server via a REST API, meaning your server would need a REST API, would that work for you? Thanks, looking forward for your response.

Just want to make sure you understand this part: How does the server initiate a communication with the client through REST?

Hi, I need some clarifications, please: 1) What kind of comunication protocol is expected between client and server? i.e REST API, Plain TCP/IP, UDP sokets, etc. Thanks, looking forward for your detailed response.

Hi Leon, thanks for participating in the contest! The software you write (that will be installed on the customer's computer) would be best to interact with some sort of AWS services (on our side, server side), but we are moving away from EC2 instances, just FYI.
