Contest Brief

I'm a senior advisor at a commercial real estate firm. We want to ramp up our marketing and when we get a new property listing, we need an adobe template that we can use to drag and drop images and property information into to use for presentations and also sync to our website. We're competing with national firms. This has to be very up scale. See attached flyer example. We need a minimum of two pages. The second page will be all the details. Prefer something pdf that's editable by our admin. See our company website for logo and colors. (www.charlottecommercialpartners.com). Ideal submission within 24 hours. And selection will be made shortly after.
