Contest Brief

Hi

I am compiling three differing package offers. Each page a different 'Sponsorship offer’.

Packages to be at values of:
Package 1: $20,000 per location
Package 2: $10,000 per location
Package 3: $5,000 per location

Each package to show examples of what that package involves via sketch up (or similar software) images. Below and attached are examples of the 3 packages & a 'Very Bad' sketch up i build years ago as a basic example for you to build on.

I’m looking for someone to re-build similar image of an ice rink, but more professional and exciting.

I have also attached examples of a number of locations for you to use to improve the overall look and feel of the offering. To hopefully excite potential sponsors into getting involved.

Once completed, the three differing packages can be added to or removed to display our 3 x Package offerings. I have supplied the biggest package as an example. Once completed this it's easier to remove them build onto the original example.

Naturally the bigger the package the more sponsorship branding / offers the sponsor would receive at the event.

Package 1:
Sales Exclusivity
-Sponsor will have branding and sales rights across Australia (all sponsored locations)

Sampling
-Sponsor to have the right to 1 sampling per week in each location
-Sponsor to provide free samples for everyone on the session as well as have the opportunity to have an onsite activation

Premiere Ice Rink Advertising
- 4 Ice Rink Banners per location
- Sponsor to be positioned as a Gold sponsor on collateral

Online material, Social Media & E-Newsletter
- Joint promotions in 2 e-newsletters in each location to member databases
- 2 week long banner adverts in each location on high rotation on our websites in conjunction with a joint promotion
- Logo placements on SkatingAt websites, ticketing sites along with mention in ‘Our Friends’ section
- Inclusion in our social media campaigns as part of a joint promotion

Prominent Branding, Outdoor, Radio, Hot Spots & Direct Mail Campaigns
-Logo placements on posters, festival program, Direct Mail Campaigns

Tickets & Hospitality
- 20 VIP tickets per location
- 50 General Admission tickets per location

Price
- All Rights: $20K Exc GST Per Location
- All packages will be tailored to budget and campaign needs, pricing excl. GST, and subject to annual CPI adjustment, collateral, production and food and drinks costs not included
