Raffrey Consulting is a B2B business development advisory practice servicing the SME sector. We provide business owners with genuine advice and business improvement assistance, to help them achieve their overall goals. The practice’s refreshing approach of only engaging when value-added outcomes can be achieved and by being referred by trusted advisers is highly respected by our client base.

We help business owners get a broader perspective on their business using proven tools, which usually starts with an initial Comprehensive Business Review. We sit down with the business owners, its senior managers and staff, and take them through a structured question and answer process that covers every aspect of business operations. This technique is in effect a voyage of self-discovery for the owner, and by the end of it he or she is usually much more acutely aware of the key areas of focus to move the business forward.

To date, this process has been undertaken face to face and captured manually in a 30 page questionnaire document. We now wish to streamline the capture of this question and answer process, as well as the preparation of the resulting Comprehensive Business Review Report. A summary of the business review process is attached, to provide further background. The current 30 page questionnaire has not been included at this stage. The extensive business development information included in the Report appendix is also not included here.

An initial expression of interest is sought to streamline the capture of the questionnaire information and generate a professional Comprehensive Business Review Report for presentation to Raffrey Consulting clients. This expression of interest can take the form of a credentials document to present your capabilities. Please note, the AUD250 contest prize is awarded to the Freelancer with the most relevant expression of interest/credentials.

  Hi Intikhab, My business review process is very manual, with all questions (30 pages of them) asked across a desk to clients, with the responses also captured manually and summarised later into a report for clients. I would like the questionnaire to be online, to make the information capture more streamlined. Additionally, I wish to automate the final report generation. So, I guess it can be best described as developing an electronic questionnaire form (using the current manual version as the template) and then developing a report format where the responses can be distilled into a final report for clients. So, there's an element of graphic design, but the bigger task would probably be forms design and then pulling the relevant information into a predefined report format. Regards, Michael
