The business card should have a modern space to add an appt time, but it should not say appt time so it can function as just a business card as well. This will keep us from having to make 2 copies.

We also need a square with a QR code.
QR code square should be approx 2"x2".
The front should say
Front:
"Thank you for trusting us with your care. We'd love to hear about your visit!"
