Our company brokers the sale or investment into cannabis companies. We are looking for an advertisement to put in a digital magazine about one of the companies that is seeking investment. Pretty simple: Cannabis-related or Jamaican flag background, a few bullet points about the opportunity, and our contact info. A very primitive design for a similar opportunity is attached as an example (This is an example for a different company. This info should not be used). Maybe put "invest in Jamaican cannabis company" somewhere. The information for this opportunity:

Successfully operational cultivation company seeking investment to expand operations.
60+ acres of cultivation land in prime soil location
Access to full value chain license: cultivation, processing, retail, etc.
