Contest Brief

This project is to develop three character, like a typical comic-book villain. These charcter will represent three known Cyber Hacker groups.
1: Goblin Panda
Chinese hacker group, Active since 2014, Goblin Panda is a threat actor that is focused on interests in Southeast Asia.
2:Cozy Bear
A Russian hacker group believed to be associated with Russian intelligence.
3:STARDUST CHOLLIMA
A hacker group with a likely nexus to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).

I have other characters I would like to have develop, once I select an artist I will work with directly on the other characters.
