Contest Brief

Hello and welcome to our design contest! We're searching for innovative ideas to revamp our car inspection form design. The inspection form involves three types of interactions and should also have efficient navigation functionality:

1. Text-based questions (Examples: Does your car have any mechanical issues? Was your car a prior rental? Any oil leaks? etc.). Multiple such questions will be presented on a single screen.

2. Image capture - where the customer uses their phone to take pictures of their car from specific angles as directed by the form. Please see the attached example.

3. Damage reporting - the form will have visual guides to help customers indicate any damages on their vehicle. Please see the attached example.

4. Navigation - The form should facilitate smooth navigation between different steps and provide a clear overview of the progress made.

Your task and deliverables:

1. One slide illustrating your design approach for presenting text-based questions to the customer.

2. One slide demonstrating your innovative enhancements to the image capture process. Important: Use the attached image slide as a base and enhance its design, layout, usability, and branding elements.

3. One slide displaying your creative approach to the visual damage reporting slide. Important: Use the attached damage reporting slide as your base, enhancing its design, layout, usability, and branding elements.

4. Your slides should incorporate navigation elements like progress bar, core buttons (back, submit, forward), and a progress review menu (this should be a slide-out feature that shows all the completed steps, allowing the user to review and edit any step).

In essence, your submission should include three separate slides representing each interaction type, each one incorporating navigation elements and a progress review menu. Both image and damage reporting slides should be developed based on the provided attachments.

Requirements:

1. Remember, this is a mobile-only form.
2. The provided logo should be incorporated into all slides.
3. Maintain a uniform design theme across all slides.
4. The focus should be on usability and simplicity rather than flashy design.

The freelancer we chose submitted several entries for different parts of the form, all of which can be combined into one process.
