Contest Brief

For clarification..I am looking for a graphic to visually represent my unique signature coaching method. See the "5V Framework" first file attached to see what I mean.

My method is called The TRUE Method.
T - Tune out toxic messages
R - Reconnect with your whole self
U - Upgrade your mindset
E - Embrace your wonderful, imperfect, messy self

I have attached my brand colors and logo below which is gold and can be used as a color in the graphic but is not necessary.

I have also attached graphics I found from googling that I quite like. So these can be used for inspiration. Each loop in the image/created graphic will represent each component of my coaching method.
