Create a label and packaging for a alcohol product

Contest Brief

I am creating a new whisky product and I need to design the label and the packaging for it. The name of the brand is Glen Dobhran which means otter or beaver. I have uploaded the shape of the bottle. I only have a picture with an existing label on it which i had to cover. The packaging should be something like that..shape wise. I am attaching a picture of a box that I have found in my gift box supplier office. I am making a gift box with a bottle of whisky and a tray of ice cubes molds. vertically set in the gift box. I am not a creative so its not so easy to give you clear indications of what I want, but I believe I want somethign with a modern twist. Apparently the whisky consumers like something not so funny and funky (sigh!), so I believe we either go with a label that features the otter and maybe a map of scotland (or something like that) or just a minimal label, quite classy....good font...but catchy.

Dear CH. You should make 2 contest. one for the logo and one for the label and packing. not all logo designers are also very good label/packing designers or vice-verse. or #increaseprize to receive grat entries from those that can do both tasks. these are 2 different task anyway

Hi I am not very clear in what i want but either its minimalist and modern label or we use the natural element of it, which is an animal (think of the "famous Grouse" for example). So far the logos are way too dark and not very orignal
