Contest Brief

Looking for an 8.5" x 11" two sided real estate brochure that has a luxury / high end feel to it and incorporates our company logo. Prefer organized, clean designs. Not looking for a form type document.

Project requirements for front page:
3 house photos - these photos are of the same house. The brochure is to sell a single home.
Company Logo (either orange on white or white on orange)
Property Address (example: 123 Elm Street)
Property Neighborhood (example: Hilltop)
Agent Name (example: John Smith)
Web page (example: CamberRealty.com)

Project requirements for back page:
Six to seven house photos
Three information panels (see attached PDF)
Agent information and photo (John Smith, John@CamberRealty.com, 303-245-2221)
Company Logo (either orange on white or white on orange)
Disclosure line (see attached PDF)

Colors are orange, white and gray. Brochure should feel like LUXURY / HIGH END. Must deliver an editable file. Feel free to ask questions. Our web page is CamberRealty.com
