Contest Brief

Dear freelancers,

I require a logo design created for a new property management service called "Secured Rent 4 U" our slogan will be "Guaranteeing Rent for Landlords" which will need to be displayed below the logo.

We will be offering property management services to landlords and want the logo design to be bold, professional, modern and corporate. The values we want to convey is that we are reliable, successful and trustworthy.

Along with this, I will want the colors of the logo to be blue and white and one of the following combinations below to be implemented in the logo.

1. Tenant, Contract & Care
2. Handshake, Landlord & Secure
3. Handshake, Keys & Secure
4. Tenants, Roof & Secure

The winner will be awarded with further graphics work for our new business.
