Contest Brief

Edit: Palm relating to the palm of hand not trees.

I'm looking for a designer to create a striking logo complete with branding. I don't have an existing logo, but I have ideas as to what I'd like. I'm interested in creating a modern logo that is visually striking and memorable. I'm open to any elements the designer comes up with that would tie into my brand. I'm looking forward to the creative process and seeing the final product.

My business is a mobile remote building inspection service. We allow clients to walk around the property and we will inspect the property from the phone over the Internet. The name of the business is called Palm Surveyors. The slogan is “We know property like the back of our hand”

One or two ideas I have are as follows a house with the shape of an eye, and a hand with an eye in the palm (a bit like the hamsa). Or a house silhouette with a hand inside and out inside of the hand. This is just a possibility it may look rubbish, but it was good to be good to see some concepts.

I would like the full suite of branding to be done so logo business cards complement, slips, and report template covers. The report template will be issued after the survey is done.

I would like any colors used to convey trust and respect in the field.
