Create a motivational video from an audio file using stock video footage that is aligned to the audio. The video should tell the story of the audio.

Video should include:
- Copyright free stock footage to tell the story of the audio
- Subtitles
- Copyright free background music
- Minimum 1080p quality
- YouTube aspect ratio (16:9)
