    Um, nope. Did you read the brief? It's a place to work out and get fit. You should NOT include the words Crossfit. The Spartan helmet is only symbolic of being ready for anything physically. The point isn't war, or ancient Italy... but getting in shape and doing it as a team of supportive individuals.
