Design a Banner for LSCE

Contest Brief

I need a retractable banner design "33X81" for a water engineering consulting firm.
I have attached a quick drawing of our initial thoughts as well as our logo and photos we'd like to include.
We want to give the essence of water since that is what we do.
As you can see on the PDF we want the phrase, "Applied Groundwater Science and Engineering Solutions" including as well.
