Contest Brief

Need a modern logo and mark for a new company that exists in the construction industry not known for great design.

Company Name:
Local Builder Deals

The new company's audience is specifically home builders that are looking to purchase quality home products for homes they build at very low prices. For example, flooring.

Overall Logo Design:
Simple and clean are key.

The winning design:
The brand’s design must include a logo and a mark.

The creatively designed mark for the brand should be able to stand alone (if necessary) and able to represent the brand without the logo. Note: The Lululemon mark (2 pics attached) is a visual example of what we mean when we say we are seeking a standalone mark.

Needs to quickly stand out (capture the eye, be bold) and memorable (accomplished with a clean and simple look and feel)

Show that this company is modern

The logo must have the entire name of the company included: Local Builder Deals.

Fonts Requirements:
Stay away from fonts that are difficult to read.
Avoid patterns on font face

Color Requirements:
Avoid Multi-color words
Stick to a maximum of three different colors. Make sure they complement each other.
