Contest Brief

Hello,
I am looking to design a flyer for a promotion for TOM Condos (www.tomcondos.com).

TOM Condos is a 40-floor residential tower, currently under construction in the heart of downtown Montreal (Canada).

We have affiliated ourselves with ZUO, a wholesale furniture company (www.zuomod.ca).

The promotion will be to offer potential clients an added value of $10,000 worth of furniture from ZUO, with the purchase of a condo.

In additional, we will offer an appliance package for the kitchen worth over $5,000 (fridge, stove, microwave, cooking top and the dishwasher).

The flyer will be sent by email to potential clients and has to look very luxurious and modern in order to attract the maximum number of clients.

We will be adding the text afterwards, just please to allocate appropriate space for it.

Please also take time to get familiar with our websites and see the type of luxury we are offering.

I will attach a catalogue from ZUO in which you can choose furniture to add in the flyer.
I will also attach a few different logos for TOM condos from which you can choose one to integrate in the flyer (we are testing these logos to see which one would look better once presented)

I suggest looking at pages 164, 230 and 310 but you can choose other models if you think they will look better in the flyer (the tone and color can be

chosen by your liking but must match our current theme).

This is a relatively simple task, I just need the flyer to look extremely attractive and prestigious.

Please note that this is a very urgent task, therefore a winner will most likely be chosen within the first few days.
