Contest Brief

We need a flyer designed to advertise our Up and coming 1st annual Halloween event/party on our Ranch. We want our logo incorporated into the design as well as what we will offer, the rates and prices. We also want our contact info, location, social media and days/times of the event to be on the flyer. The flyer will be posted in a variety of places to attempt to gain new customers and inform existing customers.

Our current website is www.Reagans-Ranch.com. You can go on the site to get some ideas/information about our ranch and what we do here. Please note that this flyer should only be 1 page. The flyer should have an overall theme of Halloween, but also have our logo/branding worked into it. Be as creative as possible, we are looking for someone to work with on a regular basis for our graphic design needs as we constantly have tangible marketing material and regular events/parties weekly.

We have attached a flyer for one of our previous events, some content, and our logo as examples of what we are looking for.

Below is the information/verbiage that MUST be in the flyer, but you are not limited to only this content:

*****ATTENTION PLEASE READ******
You as the flyer designer have creative control of the flyer as long as the logo is incorporated and the general information provided is listed. The verbiage does not have to be exact. It can be shortened to fit or reworded/thesaurus to better the description. We would prefer someone to not rush and make it better. We also want a Halloween theme remember so words that make us think of Halloween are greatly encouraged to replace others. (ex. Spooky, scary, ghosts, ghouls, goblins, witches, horror, creepy, undead, zombie, dracula, frightening, terrifying, screams, etc…)

We are looking for someone who read through the description and does a good job. Not someone who skims over and rushes. We have a need for this on a regular basis for not just flyers, but many other projects daily, weekly and monthly.

Hello Reagan's Ranch!
I have red your design problem's description, thoroughly. But I want to ask you to clear myself out on a confusion.

You need a 1 page flyer but the content/information you want to incorporate/include in the flyer is too much. The confusion is, I have to design multiple flyers of one side page or have to design a single flyer and have to include all of the information you mention in the design brief?
