Contest Brief

I am looking for a new logo for my real estate team "Stefan Sinn Group" My team consists of realtors who help people buy and sell homes.

Considerations / Specs:
1) This logo will appear on print, web, and promotional materials. Therefore the design should be simple and easy to identify regardless of if it is large or small.
2) The logo should be simple, clean, and professional.
3) Looking for vector logos, EPS, TIFF, JPEG AND PNG files.
4) Not more than 2 colors. Logos should work on a white background as well as a colored background. Also looking for a black only and white only version
