Contest Brief

I am starting up an interior design business with the name "Wood Design Co". I require a logo and business card design, ideally one that can be adapted for use on a website with ease.

The designs I will be focussing on will generally be classic modern with a nod to Scandinavian, so I would like the business card and logo to reflect this. I would like the card to be simple and classic, but the logo to be contemporary.

The contest is for the following:
1. design of a contemporary logo for use on a business card and website
2. design of a simple and classic business card

As mentioned above - I will be looking to adapt this design at a later date for a website, so the design needs to reflect this.

I am happy with either, although if the logo is symbolic, it needs to have a reference to "wood" as in timber.
