Contest Brief

We are looking for a talented designer to create a logo for a real estate agency. The logo should recall extremely closely the attached logo. Since the new logo can't be identical to the old one, the new logo should have some small differences. But please keep in mind we want a logo that looks almost identical.

Please use our name (which is longer) instead of the one in the attached images. Our name is included in the files attached.

The awarded design must be delivered in transparent, black and white backgrounds – each given in the following formats:
- AI with editable layers
- PDF
- JPG
- PNG
