e (lowercase character)
P (uppercase character)

Logo it will be positioned on trasparent background
Design must be integrated with text

I do not consider simple written with icon

Your options are very creative but I find it too complex.

but its your choice , I have few questions.
1)do you have a website header with a so large width ? i think now a days websites demand more horizontal designs. the winning design is much vertical .
2) is it any think related to jobs portal ?

3) did you check the entry #297 , #303 ? same like winning design . what its mean? Its mean this design is totally generic that is why every one using it .
