Fitness
Nutrition
Wellbeing

Demographics: Its aimed predominantly at the female market. 18-35 age. They love keeping fit and active but are also into yoga, mindfulness, meditation and general physical and mental well-being.

So a fit soul = a fit body and mind.

- playful
- spiritual
