Having a one one click option for someone to import your contact instead of having to remember your full name and company information greatly increases the odds that they actually save your contact

It ensures that your new connection has your email, website, location all stored on their phone with one click of a button

After the initial connection, sending your professional phone contact is a valuable second touch that adds credibility and is a great second step in the sales process

How to create one:

Upload a professional headshot onto your contact so your contacts can always put a face with your name
Input your fist and last name along with your company name

Add your phone number and email address. People are lazy, they may not email you if they have to search for your email.

Insert the link to your company or products into your contact. This increases the chances of them looking into you which increases your conversion potential.

Add your business location. This will be appreciated by the customer because it increases convenience.

One final tip would be to utilize the notes section on each contact of someone you meet. These notes will act like a personal CRM where you can look back and see what conversations you have had with them in the past, their family life, hobbies, so when you connect with them later, it has a more personal feel and you remember lots of things about them. *These notes will not transfer over if you send that person’s Vcard contact to someone else.
