REDESIGN!!! (already finished but needs a different "LOOK" front page

I want my site to look more detailed like THIS http://www.hilittlebird.com/ on the land page

My site is here http://hilifedocumented.com/

I want to toooootally just LOVVVVE it and feel confident that it WILL express my true whimsy artful self to my future clients. I like bright, happy things, whimsy, vintage looking things.

I need the site very WHIMSY, artful and creatively designed esp on the front landing page. Original work, design elements and also need a landing page that really showcases my true expression of what my photography stands for. I have the graphics drawn up for the interactive links to direct from the land page. , I really want the graphics to dance around or interact when clicked too, just like the hilittebirds site. Thanks

I also need all my images moved into ONE gallery and separated out "scrambled" so to speak so that it showcases all my work in ONE gallery instead of different ones like it is now.

I learned my lesson and will not hire unless I think you can do the job 100%.

I need ALL images and content, text, links, social links etc that are on my site moved, forms, included in the new fresh site.

I also would prefer some local that knows and understands LOCAL SEO and my area. English as a first language a MUST.
