Contest Brief

I need an advertisement for a magazine design.
The spec are: Full Page
non-bleed/Trim 8.125" x 10.75" / Bleed 8.375" x 11.00"
Keep live type, logo, photos, etc. .25” in from TRIM (8.125” x 10.75”) to insure nothing gets cut off at edges
They accept all Creative Suite file types, packaged, with supporting files and fonts.They recommend a Press Quality PDF. All files must be flattened and text converted to paths. Please submit in at least 300 dpi, CMYK color.

This design project consist of two parts. First, a logo design that i need in a png, and pdf format that will also be used in the full page design. Second, is a full page design for a local real estate magazine in Naples FL.

The logo design should have a roof with the three attached logos underneath it. There are three different companies with very similar logos, so if changes are needed to the logos to make it look better, no problem.
It should have a tag line somewhere that says something like 3 companies, 1 roof or 3 companies under 1 roof, ect.
Then three companies will then have services under each logo.

Title - Do you have foreign sellers, close with Cottrell. Do you have foreign buyers, close with Cottrell.
The above logo.
Stats or did you know? (all or none of theses stats can be added)- 25% of all sales in Florida were foreign buyers, Canadian's buy more homes in Florida than any other country, 80% of Foreigner’s pay cash
