Contest Brief
At the end of this project I require an operational website template that I can edit and add content, I will provide the hosting server to install the site on.
I need a new website design for a company that provides Satellite Communications and network/internet services to the Asia Pacific region and Australia.
In Addition the Company will supply Hardware, Consulting Services, Network Design, Operations, Installations and Network Monitoring
I already have the company Logo designed so can provide the image files for this.
The Website needs to be relatively simple and easy to update by myself. This website needs to be optimal for low bandwidth and slow internet connections, please do not include videos or flash rich features that take a long time to load. Most users will be using the equivalent of dialup connections. Please specify the programming language you will be writing in - Wordpress is preferred.
I will require a client portal that will direct clients to a monitoring server such as Solarwinds. www.solarwinds.com
My other company is called Parabolic Networks: www.parabolicnetworks.com and will be looking to export the content from this site to the new site.
I have incorporated www.dishpointer.com into my parabolic website and will need a technical resources tab that also incorporates this http://www.parabolicnetworks.com/services/engineering-services/link-analysis/

I am happy for you to suggest graphic content and have a small budget to purchase images where required.
Clients can range from SOHO to large corporations, governments and potentially Defence customers.
I have already purchased the domains required for this site and as soon as the site is ready it will need to go live on a suitable hosting platform.
