Design / Create a set of four (4) Banner Ad type images

The Advertising Banners will be used primarily on different pages throughout the web site as a clickable banner link to generate traffic to and/or induce visitors to become paying members in the members only areas of the web site. Additionally, these banners may be used on external web sites as clickable link backs to generate traffic to the http://www.asubmissivesjourney.com web site.

The Banners will be in four different sizes. There is no requirement for all the banners to be generally the same in design or concept, they may be very similar, or completely different. Freelancers entering the contest will submit a banner in each of the four banner sizes shown below.

Small Vertical: 120 x 240
Large Vertical: 120 x 600
Square: 250 x 250
Horizontal: 728 x 90

You are invited to preview all or portions of the A submissives journey web site (http://www.asubmissivesjourney.com) to get ideas or determine concepts or features of the site to assist you in creating your banners. If you would like to visit the members only area of the site, on request, you will be given a temporary members ID and log in password for this purpose.

Site Description, Information and Features

To assist you in developing ideas or concepts for the banner design, the information about the site and some of its’ features is provided below. You may reflect some of this information in your banner(s) but there is no requirement to do so. Banners should emphasize the 14 Day Free Trial Membership.

Site Name: A submissives Journey
Acronym/Abbreviation: Asj

Site Description: The Asj web site provides a wide range of information (articles and content) regarding all aspects of the Dominant submissive or BDSM Lifestyle. While the site is primarily adult content, it should NOT be considered as a Sex or Porn site. Visitors to the site can find information about the various forms of the lifestyle and Power Exchange relationships, including customs, protocols, how to’s, etc. The main portion (public) area of the site is free and open to anyone over the age of 18.

The Members Only Area of the site (Paid Membership), referred to as the “Asj Community”, offers additional content and features not available on the public portion of the site. While membership is “paid”, with two membership levels, membership costs are as low as $2.00 (US) per month. All new members are offered a one time, 14 Day Free Trial Membership, with no credit card or personal information required to register (this is a full featured, unrestricted membership).

Banner Summary / Requirements

Banners will be judged primarily on eye appeal and their ability to interest or attract the attention of those viewing the banner resulting in a high click thru rate (CTR). Banners should not appear cluttered, or trashy. While banners may contain full or partial nudity, they should not be pornographic in nature. The primary intent of the banner(s) is to attract new registered members to the members only area of the site. Reference to the 14 Day Free Trial Offer in the banner is encouraged, but not required. A secondary emphasis is the sites chat rooms.
