Contest Brief

I would like a logo designed for my company 4M Waste. Our byline is "Sustainability through Waste Management". I like it be simple, clean and sharp. We manage recyclable waste from industrial, retail and govt businesses. Our aim is to reduce the amount of landfill and increase the amount of waste that is recycled in Australia.
I'd like the design in jpg, png. We need a logo for web and print. It would need to be able to be used with transparent back ground also.
The logo will need to be printed, used on website and we'll need the colour pallet for each colour used both web and print also.
