Design Restaurant Menu

Contest Brief

I have attached a draft menu that needs to be revamped to look modern and attractive. The content is already there, I'm just looking for a cleaner visually appealing format.

I need a large font menu on 2 pages that will be displayed on 2 TV monitors and another regular handheld one-page front and back menu to hand out. So there are 2 designs, one being larger font for TV and other smaller, elegant handheld one. I have attached a sample of the TV Version menu but open to ideas as long as it's clearly visible.

I've also attached the logo so that can be incorporated.
