Hi,
We would like to have our whole Joomla based website re-designed.
First of all, the competition is only for 100 euro BUT there is a second contract work attached to it over 400 Euro to re-design the every component of the website using only CSS (I can do all other necessary programming). There is another (possible) 150 Euro for redesigning the app (also only CSS stuff) if there is a need.
The website is built up in a modular fashion so each module/component can be overridden, themed or templated. You will work closely together with me (I programmed the website) as the website has a lot of stuff we do differently and I do not want to waste your time or mine doing stuff that I know will not work because of cache etc…
To what the website actually is: It is a business intranet, meaning that business will use it for connecting their employees at work and providing them with all the information that they need. At the same time, it will be a social network for the employees to connect to each other.

For those who have no idea what it looks like. It is basically a social network for business. Exactly the same as eg Facebook but far less complicated and focusing more on actualy doing stuff than wasting time (like on Facebook). It has to be a lot "sleaker" than eg Facebook. Here are a couple of the competitors (but I do NOT want a design like them). The design has to focus on being SUPERBLY easy to use. https://www.happeo.com/product-features or https://www.jostle.me or https://staffbase.com/en/front-door-intranet/ . Please note that the stuff from Jostle and Happeo come close to what Velforo is doing, but Velforo incorporates some components from Slack as well.

  Yes if you have new ideas then it would be great if you can propose them. From a design perspective you are completely free to do whatever you want as the current design is a) not very attractive and b) done for a social network (that is not business related)
