I need a logo for my company: Elite NIL Solutions

I'm seeking a talented graphic designer to create a minimalist logo for my company, Elite NIL Solutions. The impact should be sleek, refined and subtle yet dynamic.

To convey our premium, expert status:

- Preferred colors: mainly gold on black. Open to suggestions fitting this vision.
- Design Elements: Incorporate a sleek icon or an abstract shape subtly into the design alongside dynamic, in-motion typography.

Ideal designer would have:

- Experience in minimalist design style
- Excellent understanding of color psychology
- Strong typography skills
- Innovative techniques for implying motion in design elements.

Below is a subsidiary company so something with our logo for Elite NIL Solutions that has the same look and feel would be great.
