Contest Brief

I need the Emergency Management words and lines to replace the wavy orange and black lines on the truck camper. Make the sun in the CAVE logo on the top left changed to the same color as the red in the words Emergency Management. I am open to other line styles around the words as well. You might google Emergency Management Trucks to get an idea of what other styles people use.
Be sure to supply the final file in both JPEG and Photoshop with all layers visible. Thank you.
