Dear Sirs, This is our proposal for your project. We have taken into account the project program as well as the urban planing, sunshine and views. I hope that you it will meet your expectations. The project is roughly 225 sq.m (188 without the sundeck floor). This gives you a building price range of up to 850 euro/sq.m which is in the middle price range for raw houses in the Netherlands (from 780 to 1000 per sq.m.) The offered solution is based on standard building techniques and materials to fit the budget. I would really very much appreciate any comment from you. Regards, Nikola. P.S.
