     Hi, this is the minimum number and type of room I need: 2x bedrooms, 2x bathroom (one small just for service, one bigger to be used from the guests too), 1x kitchen, 1x Dinning/living room, 1x garage. Optional: 1x small office, 1x laundry, 1x dressing room

     About the internal space, I would like to minimize, where possible, the need to changes the current walls. But especially I want to avoid to make changes on the load-bearing walls (they are the larger walls in the "house map" picture).
