Need a CSS designer to assist with a project. It's a game website,and I need one animation for it I couldn't possibly think of how to do (currently I'm using a placeholder spinner). Nothing fancy, but it should resemble a chuck-a-luck dice game cage (also called birdcage). This is a small cage that is rotated with the dice inside. It does not need to be 3d or realistic, something cartoonish (and spinning wheelish) works.
