I keep getting an email saying my Firestore rules are insecure. I need help with securing them. My rules are currently set to the default.

My website (quizmenot.com) allows users to upload their homework assignments and allows everyone to view those assignments, even if they're not signed in. But users do need to be signed in to be able to download those assignments.

I've included a few directories from my Firestore database below that I think may be helpful in developing these rules. If you have any questions, just ask and I'd be more than happy to provide more information.
